The concept of the interlinear Tikun
began as individual pages prepared by a regular Torah reader for his
own use, which were then shared with other members of his small,
lay-lead synagogue. Subsequent drafts incorporated their feedback
about design and layout, and made corrections to misaligned diacritics
and other inaccuracies. The Zohav Interlinear Tikun is the fruit of ten years’ labor, and Zohav Press
is the result of a cooperative effort meant to expand the circle of
people who desire to honor the community before the ark of holiness.
